Condicions de reserva i anulació:

Data límit de reserva de plaça: 24 hores abans de l’inici de l’activitat. (Subjecte a disponibilitat)

Anul.lació: A les demandes d’anul.lació que es presentin una vegada formalitzada la inscripció s’aplicaran els criteris següents pel que fa al reemborsament de l’import de la inscripció:

Sol·licituds de cancel·lació 7 dies abans de la data d’inici de l’activitat: devolució del 100% de l’import.

Sol·licituds de cancel·lació entre 6 i 2 dies abans de la data d’inici de l’activitat: devolució del 50% de l’import, sempre que es presenti un motiu de cancel·lació.

Sol·licituds de cancel·lació 24 hores abans de la data d'inici de l'activitat: no es farà cap devolució.

Wild Isards es reserva el dret a modificar el programa d'activitats degut a circumstàncies imprevistes.

Si no s'arriba al mínim de nens necessaris pur dur-les a terme també ens veurem en l'obligació d'anular i/o posposar dites activitats. Tot i així, si les activitats queden annulades ens comprometem a abonar íntegrament al total percebut i/o la part proporcional de les activitats no realitzades.

Booking conditions and cancellation:

Booking deadline: 24 hours before activity commences. (Subject to places available)

Cancellation: The following criteria is for the refund of payments received and will be applied to cancellation requests submitted, once the registration has been formalized:

Cancellation requests submitted 7 days prior to activity start date will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation requests submitted between 6 and 2 days prior to activity start date will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount, as long as a proof of cancellation is submitted.

Cancellation requests submitted 24 hours prior to activity start date: full payment is required.

Cancellations must be made by email to info@wildisards.com

Wild Isards reserves the right to modify the program of activities due to unforeseen circumstances.

If the minimum number of children necessary to carry out the program is not reached, we will also be obliged to cancel and / or postpone these activities. However, if the activities are cancelled, a refund will be granted for any and all activities that are not delivered.

D’acord amb la Llei 15/2003, de 18 de desembre, qualificada de protecció de dades (LQPD), les dades personals facilitades en el full d’inscripció s’incorporaran en un propietat de SKI, BIKE AND HIKE HOSPITALITY SL per tal de gestionar la prestació dels serveis contractats. S’han pres totes les mesures previstes en l’esmentada llei per garantir la confidencialitat i seguretat d’aquestes dades. Amb la signatura del full d’inscripció , el signat consent explícitament a l’emmagatzematge i tractament de les seves dades, incloent les imatges que es puguin prendre durant el curs i en les diverses activitats que es duguin a terme durant el mateix. Aquestes imatges podran ser utilitzades per a la difusió de les activitats WILD ISARDS by SKI, BIKE AND HIKE HOSPITALITY SL mitjançant la seva web, xarxes socials o qualsevol altre mitjà que es consideri oportú per a aquesta finalitat. En cas de no aprovar tals mesures cal notificar-ho per escrit en l'apartat "drets d'imatge" del full d'inscripció. Si vols informar-te, per accedir, rectificar o suprimir les dades personals, o oposar-te a les nostres comunicacions, el sotasignat s'haurà d'adreçar a les nostres C: Les Feixes 10, Bloc B, Pis 5, Arinsal La Massana, o enviant un correu electrònic a info@wildisards.com, indicant la referencia LQPD.

By signing the registration form, you give your express consent to the storage and processing of your data, including the images that may be taken during the camp and in the various activities carried out during it.
